1. Select Printing Material
First step is to decide your printing material for labels - paper, card stock or sticker labels. Paper can be taped onto box; card stock can slide into plastic pouches attached to boxes. Self Adhesive Labels printed can easily be attached to any box or tote.
3. Customize Your Template
Customize the templates you print by deciding how many labels you want for each box - Maybe one for the top and one side, or 2; one for a short and a long side of the box or maybe 4; one for every side of the box.

When you choose to print your own labels using our free-printing options, you're in control of the design. You can select label sizes that suit your preferences or that you already have in stock. Plus, you can customize the exact number of labels per box for easy identification, regardless of how the box is packed or stored.
We offer two popular label options commonly available at your local retailers or on Amazon*. Alternatively, you can opt for clear-view pouches and insert plain paper or card-stock as your printed labels. If you prefer a more traditional approach, you can print on plain paper, cut the labels, and apply them with clear packing tape.

in order to obtain the number of labels you'd like.
- Feel free to mix or match the various types of labels you'd like to use to move or store.
- You must choose a different lettered bundle the next time you print labels to insure you aren't reprinting a QR Code that you chose previously.
- Be sure you are not reprinting the same Lettered Bundles In order to use them with the WiseMove App.

- Unique QR Code Requirement
Each box requires a unique QR code. While multiple identical QR codes can be applied to a single box, each unique QR code can only be assigned to one WiseMove account. - Compatible Label Stock
When purchasing adhesive shipping labels, ensure they are compatible with your printer type (e.g., suitable for both laser and inkjet printers). This ensures optimal print quality. - Affiliate Links for Supplies

During our Beta and MVP App Launch, templates are designed to offer two labels per box. This setup makes it easy to position boxes during moving or storing, ensuring that a label is always visible. (i.e. one on the long side of a box and one on the short side.) - Printing Options
Select your preferred label design, then print using one of the following methods:
- Adhesive Sticker Labels: Ideal for easy application directly onto boxes.
- Paper or Card Stock: Use with tape, glue, or other adhesives.
- Plastic Pouches: Ideal for using card stock labels and reusable totes or boxes, allowing you to change tags easily.
Organize Your Way with WiseMove:
- WiseMove provides you with multiple options for organizing your belongings.
- You can choose to use large labels for some scenarios and smaller labels for others.
- Just remember to select a different Bundle Letter, denoted by the letters A through F in the middle of the QR code. This will insure your labels all have unique QR Codes as required by the app.
