End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between You (the  “End User”) and ItzAnApp LLC (the “Licensor”) for the use of the WiseMove mobile  application and any related services, directories, or software updates (collectively, the  “Application”).


By downloading or using the WiseMove App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, You agree to be bound by this Agreement and the WiseMove Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.


The parties acknowledge that Apple and Google are not parties to this Agreement and are not responsible for the Application, its functionality, or its content.


1. THE APPLICATION

WiseMove is a mobile app designed to help users track, organize, photograph for visual  reference and manage their belongings for moves, storage, or daily life organization. The app supports features such as box labeling, room-based categorization, photo uploads, and QR-code tracking. It may also integrate with vendor directories or third-party services for user convenience.

Important Note:  The Application is not designed or certified to comply with industry-specific regulations such as HIPAA, FISMA, or GLBA. Do not use the Application for sensitive or regulated data.


2. SCOPE OF LICENSE

2.1 You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application for personal, non-commercial use on a device you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store terms.


2.2 This license also covers future updates, upgrades, or enhancements to the Application unless accompanied by a separate agreement.


2.3 You may not reverse engineer, copy, modify, or create derivative works of the  Application, or distribute any part of it without prior written consent.


3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS & SUPPORT

3.1 You are responsible for meeting the necessary technical requirements to use the Application.


3.2 ItzAnApp LLC is solely responsible for support and maintenance. You can reach us at: support@WiseMoveApp.com


3.3 Apple and Google have no obligation to furnish support or maintenance services for the Application.


4. USE OF DATA

By using the Application, you agree that ItzAnApp LLC may collect and use anonymized or aggregated data, as outlined in our Privacy Policy, including metadata related to storage use, vendor directory interactions, and QR code activity.


5. VENDOR DIRECTORIES & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

5.1 The Application may integrate or provide access to third-party vendor lists and directories, including:

- FixIt500: Home and contractor services directory.

- WiseMove.Pro: Directory of movers, organizers, and storage professionals.

- Vendor Lists: Sponsor-Specific or otherwise; Provided by ItzAnApp, partners or subsidiaries, realtors, insurance agents, organizers, or other sponsors for their clients.


5.2 Inclusion of a vendor does not imply endorsement. WiseMove and ItzAnApp LLC are not

liable for the performance, pricing, or service outcomes of any listed vendor.


5.3 Some vendors may participate in affiliate or referral programs. WiseMove or ItzAnApp LLC may receive compensation for their inclusion or for referred business. Such compensation does not influence our listing criteria or review system.


5.4 User-submitted reviews and ratings must comply with our content standards and be honest, non-defamatory, and constructive. We reserve the right to moderate or remove any reviews that violate these standards.


5.5 Repeated complaints about a vendor may result in their listing being reviewed, limited,

or removed.


6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ItzAnApp LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Application.


7. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

7.1 The Application is provided "as-is" and "as available." ItzAnApp LLC disclaims all  warranties, including that the app is free from malware or errors.

7.2 No warranty is given for issues caused by modifications, third-party software, improper use, or device incompatibility.


8. ACCOUNT ACCESS AND LOGOUT BEHAVIOR

For your convenience, the WiseMove App uses persistent login. This means that once you are signed in on your device, you will remain logged in unless you manually log out through the Profile section of the app.

Important Note: We recommend logging out after each session when using a shared or public device. ItzAnApp LLC is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account due to failure to log out on a device accessible by others.


9. DATA STORAGE AND BACKUP REQUESTS

The WiseMove App stores user data—including box inventories, images, and labels—in secure cloud infrastructure managed by ItzAnApp LLC. While we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your data, users are responsible for requesting copies of their stored data. If you would like to download or back up your data, please email us at support@WiseMoveApp.com with your account information*. (*Do Not Share or Send Passwords). We will respond to backup

requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note: Automated export and download features are not currently available but are planned for a future release.


10. PRODUCT CLAIMS

You agree that ItzAnApp LLC (not Apple or Google) is solely responsible for any claims related to the Application, including:

- Product liability

- Legal compliance

- Consumer protection and privacy claims


11. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

You confirm you are not located in a country subject to U.S. embargo or on a government list of restricted parties.


12. TERMINATION

This license will terminate automatically if you breach any terms herein. Upon termination, you must cease use of the Application and delete all copies.


13. THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARIES

Apple and its subsidiaries, and Google and its affiliated companies, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Apple and Google will have the right to enforce this Agreement against you.


14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

WiseMove and related content are the exclusive property of ItzAnApp LLC. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.


15. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Denton County, Texas.

ItzAnApp & WiseMove Privacy Policy

ItzAnApp LLC built the WiseMove app as a Freemium service. This SERVICE is provided by ItzAnApp LLC at no cost to basic users and is intended for use as is. This Privacy Policy is intended to inform users of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information when using the WiseMove App or any other affiliated services


CONSENT TO DATA PRACTICES

By choosing to use the WiseMove App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The Personal Information we collect is used for improving the Service, customizing features, and enabling user support and communication. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.


INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

To enhance your experience, we may request personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, and location. This data is stored securely and used to enable account features, provide support, and improve service quality. Photographs, scanned content, QR tags, and box metadata may be stored and analyzed for product improvement and technical optimization.


USE OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The WiseMove App may use third-party services that collect information used to identify you. These may include analytics tools, app performance monitors, and crash reporters. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any third-party platforms integrated into the app, such as Google Play Services or Apple Services.


LOG DATA

In case of an application error or crash, the app may collect Log Data, which can include your device IP address, operating system version, configuration at the time of error, and timestamps. This information helps us diagnose and fix issues, and improve the user experience.


COOKIES AND LOCAL STORAGE

The WiseMove App does not directly use cookies. However, embedded third-party libraries may use cookies or local storage to collect anonymous usage data. Users can manage cookie permissions through their device settings.


SERVICE PROVIDERS

We may engage third-party companies and individuals for tasks such as:

- Facilitating the Service

- Providing services on our behalf

- Performing service-related activities

- Assisting in analyzing app usage

These providers have limited access to your data solely to perform assigned tasks and are bound by confidentiality obligations.


DATA SECURITY

We employ commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.


CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

WiseMove does not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 13. If you believe your child has submitted personal information through our app, please contact us so we can delete the data immediately.


CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised 'Last Updated' date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any changes.
